  • 1 - 50 participants = 400 Euro
  • 51 - 100 participants = 600 Euro
  • 101 - 200 participants = 700 Euro
  • 201 - 500 participants = 900 Euro
  • 501 - unlimited participants = 1100 Euro

  • Mobile App (iOS and Android) = 300 Euro

Additional programming
  • For any special users requests or needs 20Eur/h
  • If requested feature is overall plus, you can count on 50% discount.

Support:
  • 1 hour time for experienced user = 20 Euro
  • Training and support (4 hours of training and 1 hour of support) = 80 Euro
Setup:
  • First event = FREE
Online payment:
  • Payment with credit cards for participiants = 270 Eur
Own domain:
  • Your domain (This means that the application is on our server, but with your domain) = 70 Eur

Common Pricing Questions

When do I have to pay?

We calculate the price based on the number of participants you have after the event is handled. You don't pay anything until then.

Do I need the Enterprise solution?

If you are organising an event with more than 500 participants and have special requirements, we should schedule a call and elaborate on a custom solution for your event.

How long will the setup take me?

Configuration and landing page setup takes 1-2 days depending on your workflow. For Enterprise clients we are taking over the setup.
